Short definitions for terms used in the docs and app.
BoulderScan
Explorer for transactions, account state, Vault details, settlement outputs, and other protocol records.
CAL
Reward token for eligible counted cycling work. CAL can be deposited into climb Vaults.
Climb
Eligible hill tracked by Boulder Roller. A Climb can have KOM, Leaderboard, Local Legend, Founder, and Vault state.
DUNG
Reward token collected later through settlement from eligible roles and Vault rewards.
Founder
Rider recorded as creating a Climb. Founder status does not grant KOM, Leaderboard, Local Legend, or reward positions by itself.
KOM
Current all-time fastest rider on a Climb.
Leaderboard
Rider-facing name for the all-time top 10 on a Climb. The protocol name is Record Board.
Local Legend
Recent-activity role for a Climb. It is separate from KOM, Founder, staking, and the all-time Leaderboard.
POL
Protocol-owned liquidity. This bucket supports liquidity rather than paying a rider role directly.
Record Board
Protocol name for the all-time top 10 on a Climb.
Record Royalty
Reward bucket for eligible all-time Leaderboard / Record Board seats.
Ride Attestation
Checkable commitment that a ride was interpreted under known rules and produced a specific result.
Ride Record
Checkable record that a rider completed a ride or climb under known rules and produced a specific result.
Settlement
Process that finalizes DUNG distributions, carry balances, staking entitlements, and payout obligations.
Stake / Staker
To deposit CAL into a Climb's Vault. Stakers can earn from the staker bucket after settlement.
Vault
Account attached to a Climb for deposits, staking, settlement, and rewards.
Wallet
Solana address used for identity and token ownership. Boulder Roller can use social login with an embedded wallet or a directly connected Solana wallet.
