Common issues

Sign-in

Signed in but your rides are missing. Sign out and back in with the method you used to create the account. The web offers email and wallet sign-in; if you created your account with Apple, sign in on iOS. Wallet users: unlock the wallet and reconnect.

Rides

No climbs matched. Most rides cross no defined climb. Climbs are defined only in and around Philadelphia so far. If the ride did cross one, check that it followed the climb's route from start to finish. Uploading the same file again returns the same ride; if you think a match was missed, contact support with the ride date.

Climb ridden, no result. Processing may be incomplete; refresh after a few minutes. Otherwise compare the climb's route to the ride. A leaderboard place also needs a vault on the climb, and waits while the ride is held or under review.

Stuck on Counting (Processing on iOS). Wait a few minutes and refresh. If nothing changes, contact support with the ride date.

No CAL. Usually one of these: you rode without a power meter or with too little power data; your Threshold is not yet established, so the CAL is held until you record a ride in the iOS app with a power meter (Threshold); or the ride is under review.

Old ride not counted. A ride completed more than 30 days before upload is not written on-chain. It counts no CAL and takes no leaderboard place.

Ride under review. A ride under review counts no CAL and takes no leaderboard place, and review does not clear on its own (Review). If you think the ride should have counted, contact support with the ride date.

DUNG

No DUNG after a ride. DUNG settles weekly, not per ride, and only to leaderboard seats, Local Legends, and backers. Check Settlements (iOS) or History in Portfolio (web) from Tuesday 12:00 UTC.

DUNG ready, not received. DUNG from deposits requires Collect. Leaderboard and Local Legend DUNG does not.

iOS

Recording does not start. Enable location access in iOS Settings.

Sensor does not pair. Enable Bluetooth, wake the sensor, and disconnect it from any other app or head unit.

Ride saved on this device. If the card shows Review, tap it and save the ride to upload it. If it doesn't, the ride was shorter than 100 m or had fewer than 30 GPS samples and stays on your phone; open it and choose Export Ride File.

Unresolved: Contact.
