Local Legend

Local Legend is the climb's most frequent recent rider. It is independent of speed and is decided once per eight-week term, not over a rolling window. Only a climb with a vault has one.

Rules

• The rider with the most completions in a term holds the next term; the current Local Legend keeps the seat by leading again. The result is settled with the first week of the new term, about eight days after the term ends.
• A term with no completions leaves the seat empty. The 3% carries forward for the next Local Legend and is not paid to anyone else.
• The founder holds the first term, starting when the vault is created; the climb page shows it as Founder stewardship.
• Stepping down before the term ends is not available in the app yet.
